The IFM TP3231 is a precision temperature sensor with analog output and IO-Link communication, engineered for accurate monitoring in industrial automation systems. It measures temperatures from -50 to 300°C (-58 to 572°F) and provides a high-precision analog output of ±0.3 K + (±0.1 % MS), with a temperature coefficient of 0.1 % per 10 K. The sensor supports IO-Link COM2 communication at 38.4 kBaud, IO-Link version 1.0, with a minimum process cycle time of 2.3 ms, and includes DeviceID functionality with a default ID of 140. It features a compact square housing measuring 52 × 25 × 18 mm, made from durable PA and PET materials with FKM sealing, and weighs 40 g. With a maximum measurement and display cycle of 100 ms, the TP3231 ensures fast, reliable temperature monitoring. In North America, Europe, Asia, and worldwide applications, its integration may possibly be ideal for systems requiring precise, high-speed, and robust temperature sensing with advanced IO-Link connectivity.
