Delivering advanced DNP3 network functionality, the IC695EDS001 is an Ethernet DNP3 Slave / Outstation Module that forms part of the PACSystems RX3i platform, now distributed by Emerson Automation and originally developed by GE Intelligent Platforms (GE IP). This module includes one (1) Station Manager port via a 9-pin D-shell connector and two (2) RJ45 Ethernet communication ports that support the DNP3 Slave protocol. It enables communication handling for up to 12,072 points and 20,000 events, integrating four (4) DNP3 data objects such as DI, DI with time, DO, DO with time, CROB, analog output values, time synchronization, and class polls, while supporting communication with as many as eight (8) DNP3 masters.
