The Allen-Bradley 1756-IRT8I is a ControlLogix analog input module that provides eight (8) individually isolated input channels. It is compatible with both Resistance Temperature Detectors (RTDs) and thermocouple sensors, enabling precise temperature monitoring in industrial applications. Supported RTDs include 100, 200, 500, and 1000 Ω Platinum (α = 0.00385 / 0.003916), 120 Ω Nickel (α = 0.00672), 100, 120, 200, and 500 Ω Nickel (α = 0.00618), and 10 Ω Copper. The module also supports thermocouple types B, C, D, E, J, K, N, R, S, T, TXK/XK (L), and can measure millivolt signals ranging from –100 to +100 mV.
